At Ed by Eddy, everything is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partners (Printful for production and DHL for shipping). Because of this, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations — but we’ll always work with you if there’s an issue with your order.

Returns & Exchanges
As all products are made to order and inventory is limited, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@edbyeddy.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll investigate and make things right.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production — sometimes within minutes. That means we can’t cancel or modify orders once they’ve been confirmed.

If you made a mistake or have a concern, email us immediately at support@edbyeddy.com and we’ll do our best to help, depending on production status.

International Orders
We ship internationally via DHL and other partners. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure what to expect.
