Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted due to limited inventory. 

  • If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@edbyeddy.com within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns

Order Change Policy

  • Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

  • Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

International Orders

  • The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments.
